In order to extract the human resources we need for our recruitment and career management processes from within our own ranks and to offer our employees the opportunity to transfer between group companies as a career path, we have implemented our CSR from Within project during the selection and placement phase. In this way, we are able to keep our value of 'transparency' more alive by announcing our companies' own open position needs on this platform where all our employees can view and apply.
By increasing synergy and co-operation among our companies, we feel that we are stronger together.
In cases where we are unable to recruit the human resources we need from within our own organisation, we continue the process with external candidates. In the selection and placement process, we use face-to-face interviews, personality inventories, English tests (for required roles) and Assessment Centre applications (for required roles).
